Braces

She said "Do not post any pics of me on Instagram !" But she's getting her braces on and she didn't say anything about the blog . :-) She was a little nervous, and little brother has been rehearsing blurbs like brace face, metal mouth and more . He will probably gain a few speed seconds on his run, because she will be chasing him down !

Oak Street Sunday Afternoon February 10, 2013

On Sunday afternoon we played and worked and shared some love and food.  My soul is refreshed when I am around these wonderful people.  I can't wait for the next time we are all together.

Green tea

I'm having some green tea now because its misty and cloudy and my day is not over yet . It also has catechins that help promote weight loss. :-)
